PTA
The PTA (Parent Teachers Association) or Friends of....... are the two main names given to the group of parents, carers, friends, teachers and school staff that get together to have fun, get to know other parents and school staff whilst raising funds for the school to purchase those things that the school budget cannot cover to benefit all pupils at the school.
There are a few websites links below to give you inspiration. These take you to external websites.

The Moat Assosiation (PTA) is a good way for parents to be involved in the school and get to know other parents. The funds that the PTA raise benefit the school and its pupils. They are always delighted to have new members and we urge you to get involved in this important role within our school life. Look out for communications from the PTA team.
During the year we organise some standard events (Christmas and summer fairs and a coffee morning for new parents) together with a range of family get-togethers such as bingo and snail race nights.
We are always happy to welcome any new parents and/or grandparents who may like to join us or just offer help on an ad hoc basis.
If you would like more information then please contact Mrs Blythe via the school office.
